The politicians, Federal regulations and oversight that are supposed to govern and support our economy have become so burdensome, intrusive and unpredictable that they are now our biggest job killers. Secondly, the Governments direct involvement within our economy has not only removed the free market process of allowing businesses to succeed or fail on their own, it has taxpayers and our children financing many businesses that the open market has deemed to be failures. Thirdly, by adopting the Fair Tax, this will remove many of the unnecessary regulatory tax burdens and expenses that are keeping thousands of small businesses from starting up today and hindering the growth of many existing businesses.



Resolutions:

• Remove the Federal Government from "participating" within our free market economy.
• Discontinue Government subsidies given to the private sector. A subsidy is just another avenue for our Government to maintain control over a business or an entire industry.  
• Identify and eliminate the regulations and policies that have destroyed the manufacturing sector. We must encourage and support our economies return to being production based once again. 
• Implement real tort reform.
• Adopt the Fair Tax.
• Allow my energy policy to create the tens of millions of permanent jobs that are available today.
• Resolve the illegal immigration problem today.
• Turn the water supply back on for the San Joaquin Valley and let the hundreds of thousands of farmers get back to work.
• Adopt the Mayo Clinics proposals to reform Medicare and our health care systems.
• Bring 250,000 of our foreign based troops back home. Besides the more important reasons for bringing them home, the United States should be the beneficiaries of their social and financial contributions.

It is time to unleash American ingenuity and resourcefulness to create the needed private sector jobs. The government must provide basic regulations and enforcements to protect workers and businesses, while supporting a fair and free market system. Right now we are living with the consequences of a government that has been directly involved within the economy, rather than an impartial guardian of it.
